* 5-7 years development experience including minimum 2 years with C# and ASP.NET
* Object-oriented design skills. Excellent knowledge and experience of UML.
* MCP is preferred
* Experience with agile methods would be advantageous
* Striving for optimal results and goal achievements
* Questioning ideas and being accountable
* Prioritizing customers and their needs and developing and sustaining solid customer relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a small team environment
* Preferred formal IT qualifications
* Knowledge of the Education industry would be advantageous
