Здравствуйте
Я уже давно оформлен как СПД на едином налоге (стандарная схема для большинства Украинских IT компаний).
Соответственно вопрос про референсы... Какие у меня могут быть референсы, если я сам себе директор и в моей фирме больше нет сотрудников? Конечно, реально есть и колеги и руководство, но объяснять это все иммиграционному офицеру мне не кажется хорошей идеей.
С другой стороны, у меня есть прямые договора на разработку ПО от американских и украинских компаний, акты выполненных работ и т.д. С сумами и часами работы.
Могут ли эти документы заменить референсы?

28. I am/was self employed. What can I do?
In this case you should provide a Statutory Declaration claiming the reasons why you cannot provide a reference and explaining in complete detail the nature of your employement / business / company. This should also include the date of employment / length of business.
This must be supported by business and taxation certificates, recommendations from colleagues (with business cards attached), job contracts, and other relevant information that demonstrates employment.
If you worked as a contractor through an agency, a reference from the agency is permitable.
Please note the assessor is under no obligation to accept this and you submit this at your own risk. Please note there are heavy consequences for those who submit a fraudulent statutory declaration.
