Конечно можно было попытаться самим всё делать, но как-то увереннее через адвоката. Говорят, что многое зависит от того, все ли доки правильно подготовили.

Тут на форуме народ делился опытом работы с иммиграционным адвокатом - затягивание времени и выкачка денег. В итоге разорвали контракт и сделали всё сами.
По-большому счёты, и Вы всё сами сделали, все документы собрали. А, уж, послать документы в Москву смогли бы тоже.

А насчет повышения оплаты-это адвокат нам сказал. Что, мол торопитесь т.к. цена поднимется.

Наверно, у самого адвоката расценки поднимаются?

Да, мы знаем что почта в одно и тоже время и один раз в день, но всё равно проверяем. Наверное со стороны это выглядит странно и неразумно. Но почему-то всё тянет и тянет к этому почтовому ящику подойти, даже вечером, когда все почтальоны уже спят.
А работает он прямо дома, вернее в гараже, который оборудован под его бизнесс. Так что далеко ходить не надо.

Лоер тоже постоянно спрашивает где доки. Лучше успеть сдать доки кажется до середины декабря т.к. прайсы поднимуться на 600 дол. с Нового года.

Changes to Australia's visa pricing system make for a fairer 'user-pays' approach of charging for visas, the Acting Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Senator Kate Lundy, said today.
Announced as part of the government's release of the Mid-Year Economic and Fiscal Outlook, the improved pricing model will increase visa charges in areas of significant demand.
Senator Lundy said the government had already made some changes to visa pricing in the last year as part of the move to the fairer user-pays system.
'The government has made a targeted increase in the cost of visas where there are high levels of demand, and therefore areas that are less likely to be significantly impacted by the added costs,' Senator Lundy said.
'The fact is that there are plenty of people around the world who want to work in Australia because of our substantial economic strengths during these times of global economic uncertainty - it is only appropriate for visa costs to reflect that demand.'
