Business Analyst / Project Co-ordinator
Do you have experience in business analysis within the IT industry? Can you talk to stakeholders at all levels and gather their requirements? Can you design a functional solution? And can you co-ordinate software developers, test leads and users to get the design implemented?

A great opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join this dynamic and innovative software development company operating in the payments processing industry. You will play a key role in analysing requirements and producing the key deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of several business critical projects. You will build a strong relationship with key business stakeholders as well as working with software developers and test leads to design and implement the best solution. You will display strong initiative in seeking the best solutions for our company.
What we need you to do
Define, analyse and document business requirements
Analyse functional requirements to determine design approach
Write functional design specifications and validate test approach and test plans
Work with test lead and software developers to ensure the final solution meets the design
Manage expectations and co-ordinate resources to get a solution implemented
Document existing & new processes
Develop work flow diagrams and user manuals
Create (or support the creation of) project definition and scoping documents
What you need to have
A strong business analysis background – minimum 3 years
Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
Solid understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
An ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and employees at all levels of the organisation
Strong Microsoft Office, Visio and Project skills
Good understanding of UML
Excellent oral and written communication skills
What it would be nice if you have
Software development background
Previous financial industry or payments industry experience
Ability to start quickly
