Я так понимю, что референсы должны содержать како-то информацию обязательно.
Какие есть требования для референсов для ASPC?

Employer references
Applicants should attach employer references to their application. These should be on company letterhead and include the job title, a brief job description and precise dates of employment. They should also clearly state whether employment was full or part-time along with demonstrated levels of competence with any computer languages, the various types of hardware and software used and the extent of involvement with any major projects. Letters of appointment or contracts are not accepted.

References covering a minimum of four (4) or six (6) years full-time equivalent are recommended. (see Current Guidelines)

Part-time experience will be included on a pro-rata basis if the applicant can demonstrate that they have been employed for a minimum of 20 hours/week.

Full-time experience is defined as 38 hours or more per week.

Советую делать референсы более чем в одном экземпляре и сразу под требования DIMIA, к тому же они более строгие.
