Tertiary qualified SQL developer looking for an opportunity to utilize their existing advanced SQL skills in a dynamic top 3 real-estate company. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial experience preferably with experience with back of house financial accounting systems. This person will help our organization develop and enhance our existing reporting capabilities.

Working as part of our dedicated and professional IT team, you will play an integral role in the development of high quality bespoke business applications.
You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and enhancing SQL queries and procedures across all our property and finance related systems both nationally and globally and the integration of different SQL systems.
The ideal candidate will:
• High level, technical aptitude
• Advanced understanding of T-SQL language
• Commercial experience working with large transactional databases
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
Desirable skills:
• Experience in Crystal reports or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Experience with financial systems back of house financial systems like MRI
• Experience with OLAP/Cubes, business intelligence software (enterprise reporting) like TM1
• Ability to develop training documentation
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
