Today, I’m in need of an Embedded C SW Engineer in Melbourne on a permanent basis working for a great guy I’ve known for years. His company has been in business since the 80’s and it’s medium-sized with about 70 staff both here in Melbourne HQ and internationally. They have all their own IP and do all their own R&D ...so they’re masters of their own destiny!
Aside from being technically adept (mainly embedded C some C++ and Python) from design all the way through development phases and testing, we need a problem-solver. Someone who can find a solution – no matter what!
Projects are stacked here and the pipeline is currently healthy for at least 3 years in advance. The work is challenging where you take ownership right from design discussion with HW Architects. The SW Engineer is in charge (with collaboration) of their assigned project or projects. The career-path is stable and rewarding. It’s a fab job.
