Ребята, наивный вопрос: при получении RRV регламентируется ли каким-то образом срок, который ты можешь провести за пределами Австралии? Кто-то мне говорил о 90 днях, но нигде не могу найти упоминания об этом. Спасибо!

Тут ничего про это нет. Дали визу - въезжай/выезжай в течение 5 лет. Единственное непонятное место это

Travel facility
If you have lived in Australia for at least two years of the past five years and are granted a Subclass 155 Resident Return visa it will have a five year travel facility from date of grant.


If you are granted a Subclass 155 Resident Return visa on the basis of your substantial ties of benefit to Australia, then your travel facility will be for a year from the date of the grant.


If you are granted a Subclass 155 Resident Return visa because you are a family member of a person who holds a Subclass 155, or who has also applied for Resident Return Visa and satisfies criteria for grant, then your travel facility will be for either a year or less than a year from date of grant.


If you are granted a Subclass 157 visa the travel facility will be for 3 months from date of grant.

Чтобы закрыть тему, вот ответ, который сегодня получил:

There is no maximum period of absence as such, and you are not required to return to Australia prior to the expiration of the visa, but you will not be able to travel into Australia after this date if you do not renew your RRV.

Please be aware that if you are absent for 3 of the past 5 years you will only be eligible for a one year RRV, and if you are absent for 10 years without having been granted a RRV in that 10 year period you will not be eligible to receive another RRV.
