There is currently a shortage of experienced strata managers and assistant strata managers across the nation.
Due to this shortage we are looking for professionals with experience in the property/real estate industry who would be interested in relocating to Sydney, Australia and commencing a career in the strata management industry.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your day to day duties will include:
Maintaining a portfolio of buildings;
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers;
Making management decisions relating to the portfolio;
Facilitating strata committee meetings and providing advice as required;
Ability to confidently interpret strata legislation - training provided;
Ideal candidates will possess:
Previous experience in property management/lettings/repairs and maintenance;
Professional written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent time management skills;
The ability to build and maintain lasting working relationships;
The ability to work autonomously;
The desire to provide a great services for clients;
