We are looking for a third housemate asap!
The room is not furnished but we can provide a wardrobe if needed. Rent is 680/month, NOT including bills. Bills will be split evenly, as soon as we get each bill. The place is available NOW. (we're looking for someone for at least a 12-month lease).
You will be living with 2 girls: Yana and AV.
The place is a two-story town house with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom (upstairs), and a massive living and dining rooms, and a kitchen (downstairs), as well as a small, easy-maintenance courtyard. The house features ducted gas- heating and air-conditioning. The house is 1 min walk away from tram 16, 3 and 3a. 10 min tram ride to Carlisle st, 10 min ride to Monash Caulfield campus.
Yana: I am a part-time barista, part-time ESL teacher. I am clean and respectful. Usually, like to keep to myself, but don’t mind socializing here and there. My hobbies are knitting and playing guitar.
AV: I am a graduate architect, work full time, neat and clean, easy to talk to and understanding; like playing chess, golf and eating nice food. I can travel for an hour to get the tasty food!
You: Female. Clean, respectful and considerate. In for a long-term stay. Willing to comply with house rules (like a cleaning roster and such). Not a massive partier, as we like our peace and quiet. Optimistic and ambitious. Pays rent and bills on time.
