Недобор баллов -> POOL/refuse?

Друзья, нужна помощь в понимании вопроса.

Cитуация:

age 30-34 --------------25
occupation 2231-11----60
experience--------------10
language----------------15(20)*
russian-------------------5
total--------------------115 (120)

* 15 уже есть, 20 - пока нет

Application for 136 visa. Доки в ASPC с апреля 2006. Для 120 баллов нужен IELTS на 6-ки.
Пришел запрос на IELTS с deadline до 31 января. Грозит недобор баллов.
Сейчас мне уже есть 35.

Как я понимаю, заявления, недобравшие баллов до запрошенной визы, но набравшие 70 попадают в POOL, и пересматриваются через/в течение 2 лет в случае изменения обстоятельств.

Собственно, Вопрос:
Чем грозит попадание в этот POOL?
Будет ли потеря баллов за возраст во время пересмотра, если даже в это время IELTS будет сдан на 6-ки?

What happens if you don't meet the pass mark?

If you score below the pass mark, but above the 'pool mark', your application will be held 'in the pool' for up to two (2) years after assessment.

If the pass mark is lowered at any time in that two (2) year period, and your score is equal to or higher than the new pass mark, your application will be processed further.

Apart from waiting in the pool, there are four other visa options you could consider if you do not meet the pass mark:

1. If you score 110 points you may be eligible for a Skilled - Independent Regional (Provisional) (subclass 495) visa.

2. If you meet the pool mark for the Skilled - Independent (subclass 136) visa, you can still lodge and register for the Skill Matching Database. More information on Skill Matching is available.

3. If you are under 45 years of age, have Functional English and a degree, diploma or trade qualification, you can apply for a Skill Matching (subclass 134) visa with no initial charge. Applicants are registered on the Skill Matching Database and may be nominated by a State or Territory government for a Skilled Matching (subclass 134) visa, or sponsored by an employer under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.

4. You may wish to apply for either the Skilled - Designated Area Sponsored (Provisional) (subclass 496) visa or the Skilled - Designated Area Sponsored Overseas Student (subclass 882) visa if you:

have a relative, as distant as a first cousin, living in a designated area in Australia, who is willing and able to sponsor you.

Ну, я тоже в свое время готовился к худшему, но потом IELTS случайно сдал хорошо... Так что позиция весьма правильная.

Уточни какая специальность. Сейчас IT добавили в MODL, может попробовать проассеситься на специальности из MODL(a)?
