Что означает фраза в ответе ACS?

Здравствуйте люди добрые.

Получил сегодня assesment из ACS.
Прочёл обрадовался, он положительный.
Но смысл одной фразы я не понял:
For the purpose of your application you have as of February 2004 satisfied the requirements of the ACS PIM2, Group B.
Если кто знает, поясните что сия фраза значит?

Спасибо за развёрнутый ответ,
но для меня всётаки осталось загадкой,
чем
For the purpose of your ..... Group B.
отличается от
For the purpose of your ...... Group А.
и какое значение имеет дата, если это не
является deeming date...

Насколько я понимаю, Group A = major in computing, а Group B = minor in computing, надо 6 лет релевант опыта. См. ACS Guidelines, если я где-то наврал, то там написано правильно.

С февраля 2004 года Вы удовлетворяете их требованиям на группу B

After recent consultations with the ACS and ASPC staff, I am able to confirm that the date quoted in ACS assessments is the ‘satisfaction date’. As indicated above this does not operate in the same way as a TRA ‘deeming date’. The ‘satisfaction date’ contained in ACS letters to applicants who fall into Groups A or B advising the outcome of its assessments reflects the ACS assessment that the applicant has been working at the Australian industry standard for the specified period (4 years or 6 years) as at that date.

This means that when the recent work experience requirement is considered by a DIMIA decision maker, pre-satisfaction date employment can be taken into account as this experience has been assessed by the ACS as being at the relevant professional level. This assessment is not of course binding on the decision maker when assessing recent work experience.
