Form 888

Привет всем!
Друзья попросили заполнить формy 888- Statutory declaration by a supporting witness relating to a partner visa application.
Может кто-нибудь в курсе что можно ответить на 4 вопрос:"State whether you believe the relationship of the applicant and

his/her partner to be genuine and continuing, and give your reasons for your belief".

Можно ли написать своё субъективное мнение или же нужно описать только факты, типа:"живут вместе, общее хозяйство, и т.п"?

Примерно так:
I am sure that their relationships are genuine and long lasting. I know both of them very well and can feel how close they are, how much they care about each other and how many plans they have for the future.
