More and more people start buying ready to eat food and less people cooking for themselves, what are the advantages and disadvantages of such development? Discuss.
Nowadays, as many people obtained opportunity to purchase prepared dishes at shops and cafes, (тут нужна запятая, чтобы было видно конец зависимого предложения) they are considering benefits and drawbacks of this development in comparison with cooking at home. Many people believe that buying food outside is the perfect way to improve the quality of live, while others disagree. This essay analyses pluses and minuses of this trend.
Firstly, buying ready to eat food obviously saves lots of time for consumers. People [does not] (это и есть сокращение?) have to spend long hours at kitchen,[and] (cordinating conjunction, так советует исправлять википедия) they can concentrate on whatever they really want. Take the instance of the young mother [](тут убрал запятую, так как зависимое предложение хорошо видно) who has demanding job and a child. She works at least 8 hours a day, but she can’t just come home a relax - she obviously has to feed her child after school. If this lady [did not]have the opportunity to acquire a supper outdoor, ( тут нужна запятая, чтобы выделить конец зависимого предложения) her life would be even more difficult. Thus, it is completely understandable why the acquisition of prepared food is so beneficial to young urban professionals, especially those with infants.
However, ready to eat food may be harmful for the customer’s health [] (не нужна, потому что зависимое предложение видно?) because it is almost impossible to control the quality of raw ingredients and processes at the cuisine. For example, kitchen staff may breach the rules of storing vegetables[,] (comma splice+coordinating conjunction) and then add them to the dish anyway. Professional cooks often manage to amend the initial taste of the products by adding mixtures of spice and oil (разбил предложение на два, чтобы не мучиться с запятой). That is why customers cannot easily determine the freshness of the ingredients. It seems to be very clear why many customers prefer cooking at their kitchens to purchasing ready to eat dishes.
In conclusion, there are merits to both sides of the arguments over whether to buy prepared food or cook for themselves. Individual should develop personal approach to this problem based on his/her education and common sense.
