Vacancy: Assistant to the Senior Regional Services Manager
Salary range $52k – $54k plus superannuation
Applications are invited for the position of Assistant to the Senior Regional Services Manager (SRSM). Based at 321 Kent Street, this position will be responsible for providing management, clerical and administrative support to the SRSM and Sydney IVF regional colleagues.
Working closely with the SRSM your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Acting as a conduit for regional staff and other departments within Sydney IVF to resolve issues;
Coordinating meetings, training and education for all regional staff;
Monitoring regional budget and business plans and reporting any anomalies to the SRSM;
Providing clerical, administrative and reporting support to the SRSM; and
Representing regional locations at Risk Management meetings.
As the successful applicant you must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. Strong PC skills and a current drivers licence are essential as is the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
