Here’s what you can expect from us…
As P holds a 457 on-hire agreement with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) this allows us to sponsor individuals, like yourself, looking to obtain a 457 Visa into Australia once you have secured a job (Permanent/Contract).
We will become your surrogate 457 sponsor allowing you to live and work in Australia whilst you maintain employment.
Being sponsored through us allows you to change jobs when and if required without having to re-apply for a 457 visa with the new organisation, basically you get freedom to move around more fluently between jobs.
We will organise and cover you for all the required insurances needed to be able to work in Australia plus handle all your payroll collection and payments correctly and at the end of the tax year provide a free tax return through a qualified tax accountant.
We will liaise with any organisation that you are trying to secure work with, to explain the process and once you have secured a role we will advise you and the organisation of all the documentation and paperwork that is required to apply for the 457.
Once we have all the documentation we will lodge the documents for you with no up front cost to yourself.
On grant of the visa, you will be able to work through P Management within the nominated occupation, at the organisations site for as long as you have employment with them…
I am pleased to advise you, based on the information which you have provided, our Migration Agents have informed us that it may be possible for P to extend the required sponsorship to you for the grant of a Subclass 457 visa. In order to do so, you will need to take note of the following points;
1. Find a job in a similar area to your recent work experience
2. Employment offer should be on a full time/Permanent or Contract basis
3. Receive a fair market salary for the role on offer equivalent to or above ($85,000) per annum inclusive of Superannuation (Superannuation is a private retirement fund of your choice)
4. Receive an offer of a minimum 6 month contract
5. Provide P with the Job description so that we can confirm sponsorship
To assist you in finding work I have attached a sponsorship letter from P for you to provide to potential employers or relevant recruitment agents. Also some flow charts to help explain how the process works for the employers or recruitment agents.
To further help your job search I have listed below some of the key website's to search on for jobs in Australia and when you discuss with them your availability you can say you have an on-hire contractor management company, P, which is able to sponsor you. Please show/forward the attached letter to them.

As advised above once you have acquired a position we can start the process to get all the documents ready for lodgement with the immigration department (DIBP). As part of this we will organise a contractual agreement between the Organisation looking to employ you and P Management for your services, signed off by both parties. This is required because this information is submitted with your application so that the Case Officer is satisfied that the arrangement is genuine.
