Про наши ВУЗы, аккредитованные в Au

А не подскажите ли, почему все так радуются списку по NZ ? Вы ж вроде в АУ собрались? У этих двух стран подход к подсчету проходных баллов разный ведь был.

Именно поэтому есть обязательный этап получения ассесметна через соответствующую организацию в Ау. Т.е. то, что для NZ частный случай (ВУЗа нет в списке и поэтому надо получать ассесмент), то для АУ - норма.

Тем, кого завернули, вроде так и написали, о несоответствии квалификации, а не о том, что ВУЗа нет в списке.

Или я не прав?

Вы абсолютно правы. Да я в АУ собралась. Решила сходить по ссылке на всякий случай посмотреть правильность перевода названия института моего (название менялось и я хотела просто проверить), тем более, что автор линка на этот сайт заметил о схожести информации о Вузах с требованиями АУ (насколько я поняла, это его личное мнение). Была очень удивлена не найдя свой, достаточно известный финансовый Московский институт, поэтому переживала. Ну Вы же знаете нас женщин! Естественно оцениваться буду по всем правилам DIMIA в соответствующих организациях. Об этом даже речи быть не может.

Посмотрел программы - несовпадение глобальное. Меня интересует такое - мы учились по учебному плану МАРХИ (Московского Архит. института), один к одному - курс, предметы, часы. МАРХИ recognised в Австралии, а мне вот такое написали в ассессменте. Assessment-контора (AACA) к сожалению, тут единственная - монополия. Для апелляции конечно возьму все справки о нашей учебной программе (о том, что она - аналог МАРХИ, надо будет, так в Москву сгоняю).

Maxim, а откуда такая уверенность в том, что если ВУЗ "recognised в Австралии", то то это ведет к однозначному ассесменту?

В ваших же постах у вас противоречивые высказывания:

Может у вас изначально информация неверная? Вы к профессионалам в деле иммиграции не пробовали обращаться по этому вопросу?

А обращался я к профессионалам в начале, приезжала одна московская контора в Е-бург, агитировать население на иммиграцию, приезжал на беседу, они то и придали мне уверенности.

ИМХО в целях агитации можно наобещать чего угодно.

Про использование услуг профессионалов я говорил на данном этапе, когда "времени для review все меньше и меньше" , чтобы не домысливать непонятно что и сберечь нервы. А денег потом еще заработаете.

Cделал запрос в NOOSR - поможет ли их AEI-educational assessment при review - они могут сделать анализ моего образовательного курса для их (Au) соответствия.

Ты, это, в НООСР не особо рвись, потому как рассматривать они тебя будут не менее 3-х месяцев..., на практике дольше

Я подавал документы в начале марта, ответ пришел в конце октября..., но это конечно клиника совсем. Но месяцев 5-6 стандартно по таким делам.

Думаю, что все равно сгодится, хотя бы для последующих апелляций (не дай Бог!). Еще вроде NOOSR нужен для visa 457 (по labor agreement буду пытаться - последний шанс, если по skilled не выйдет). AACA меня тоже ассесстила больше пол-года. Наверное и review не меньше будет, так, что может и NOOSR-assessment как раз ко времени подоспеет.

Тогда я бы тебе посоветовал отправлять помимо запрашеваемых документов еще и все документы, имеющие отношение к твоему курсу и ВУЗу.

Они этого не запрашивают, но мне через 5 месяцев пришел ответ, что мы не можем проассесить ваш ВУЗ, т.к. у нас нет никакой информации по нему. Пришлось слать лицензии ВУЗа, акты мин. образования об аттестации, письмо с мин. образования о том, что ВУЗ признается государством, письмо из ВУЗа, о том, что они действуют согласно законодательства с выпиской статей из закона об Образовании... Не помешает также выслать какой-нить гос. стандарт по курсу, а также силлабус по изучаемым предметам по профилю...

За, что им бабки-то платим? А если ВУЗ в списе "CEP" есть (но под старым именем), они (NOOSR) все равно эти дополнительные доки попросят? Ну ладно - попросят, куда деваться - придется высылать.

Может и не запросят и все пройдет гладко. Но у меня было так. 5 месяцев молчания, причем я с пеиодичностью раз в месяц спрашивал все ли нормально, что еще нужно и т.д. Говорили, что все ок, процесс идет. А потом, бац! И они ничего не могут сказать...,

Но у меня случай был наверное посложнее твоего. Так что смотри сам.

GRADING SYSTEMS

School Education
----------------
The school system uses five grading scales for academic achievement:

five - excellent - otlichno
four - very good/good - khorosho
three - average/fair - posredstvenno
two - unsatisfactory - plokho
one - very unsatisfactory - ochen' plokho

Students who receive scores of 5 in all subjects in the examinations for the Maturity Certificate are awarded a gold medal. Those who receive a score of 5 in all subjects but one, and a 4 in that single subject, are awarded a silver medal.

Technical and Vocational Education

The grading used in technical and vocational education is a 2 to 5 scale:

Some courses are assessed on a Pass/Fail basis only; those who pass are given the grade of Credit (zachot).

Students who receive a grade of 5 in 75 per cent of their courses are awarded a diploma with distinction, commonly referred to as a 'red diploma' because it is issued with a red cover.

Higher Education

The higher education sector has a uniform grading system. Results are given on a scale of:

Some units are graded as Pass or Fail only, that is, as satisfactory (zachot) or unsatisfactory (nezachot).

Students also receive a complete transcript, which lists all major courses taken and grades awarded, which may list 30 or more subjects.

Nomenclature and Documentation

The term diploma (in Russian diplom) is used in the education systems of the republics of the fonner Soviet Union at all educational levels, and is generally used to describe major awards. The term certificate (svidetel'stvo) is often used to describe awards following short programs at various levels of education.

The first award of higher education institutions is usually referred to as Diploma of Specialist, but this is not a direct translation of the actual title of the diploma, and is not a term actually used on the diploma document. The diploma is normally entitled "Diplom ob okonchanii vysshego uchebnogo zavedeniia" or Diploma of Completion of Higher Education.

EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES
====================

The Soviet education system has traditionally emphasised scientific and technical education - sometimes at the expense of other study areas - and this has affected the comparability of Soviet and Australian awards at all levels. At secondary level, the Certificate of Secondary Education/Maturity Certificate is likely to be comparable to an Australian Year 12 award in mathematics and science subjects, but the same comparison cannot be made as confidently for arts and humanities subjects.

The university curriculum is longer than most cunent undergraduate programs in Australia, and the work load is heavy. A typical university student has between 4 500 and 5 000 hours of instruction in 20 to 35 subjects or units during a five-year period of study for a degree (dip/om). At the end of each semester the students must obtain satisfactory results for essays and seminar papers as well as pass four or five semester examinations.

Some Diploma of Specialist programs can be regarded as comparable to Australian Honours Bachelor degrees - some programs contain elements at postgraduate level. Other Diploma of Specialist awards, however long and demanding, do not lend themselves to comparison with an Australian Honours degree. This is less a question of ideological orientation than of the highly specialised and occupation-specific education provided, particularly by the specialised institutes. Readers needing to establish Honours comparability should examine the transcripts of the program studied to determine whether such a comparison is appropriate.

At postgraduate level, the ideological considerations can affect the comparability of research in the social sciences. While considerable ingenuity was sometimes displayed within the restrictions of Marxist-Leninism, there was little scope for independent enquiry and original thought in subjects like economics, history and philosophy. For this reason, the Kandidat Nauk in the social sciences is assessed individually.
