Подскажите пожалуйста, возможно ли включить студента как dependent child в 143 визу? Ребенок старше 18, но младше 25.
В требованиях на визу родителя dependent child определен так:
Your child or stepchild is considered to be dependent if any of the following apply:
* they have turned 18 years of age and continue to be wholly or substantially reliant on you for their basic needs (food, clothing and shelter)
В то же время в 101/802 визах рассмотрен специфический случай:
To get this visa, the child must be:
* full-time student between 18 and 25 years of age
