General Skilled Migration (GSM) visas except for:
(o Skilled – Recognised Graduate Subclass 476
o Skilled – Designated Area – Sponsored (Residence) Subclass 883
o Skilled – Regional Subclass 887.)

Under the Ministerial Direction, the following processing priorities (with highest priority listed first) apply:
1. applications from people who are employer sponsored under the ENS and the RSMS
2. applications from people who are nominated by a State/Territory government and whose nominated occupation is listed on the Critical Skills List (CSL)
3. applications from people who are sponsored by family and whose nominated occupation is listed on the CSL
4. applications from people who are neither nominated nor sponsored but whose nominated occupation is listed on the CSL

The most recent information we have for applicants whose occupation is on the CSL is the info from DIAC you have quoted above - it is estimated that your application will be finalised within 12 months from your lodgemet date.

As we can only work with the current legislation and DIAC's current policy, that is the timeframe you should expect now.

But be aware that DIAC is currently reviewing the MODL; the CSL is expected to be dropped early next year and those events together could cause a further change in processing priorities.

So I recommend that you keep an eye on DIAC's website to keep up to date with the impact any further processing priority changes might have on your visa application's processing timeline.

ага, я чет тоже не понял, что за пост по поводу "просто" CSL-щиков т.к. явно написано про 12мес...

4й приоритет

Ребят, не подскажете, для прохода по CSL нужен опыт работы, или достаточно подтвержденной квалификации (Бухгалтер). Я имею ввиду опыт работы именно бухгалтером (как для MODL) нужен ли... Киньте ссылочку, если не сложно.

капец....а, к чему тогда 12мес? или эт они имели ввиду, что для CSL которые в приоритетных трех позициях, но тогда по таблице- 15мес....нестыковки.
вобщем, нехилая такая замануха перетирать департаментскую новость в ближайшие месяцы.

или вы о чем ?

не стыкуется FAQ по нововведениям и таблица.
в факе- если CSL то 12мес.
По таблице, если есть спонсорство то 15мес, если нет-2012год.

IMHO, the table for estimated visa processing time has got it wrong. It contradicts with the priority processing as set in "Updated Priority Processing Effective from 23 September 2009 Frequently Asked Questions".
Or perhaps the priority processing under the table refers to the old priority processing which was:
1) employer sponsorship
2) state sponsorhip
3) csl
4) an occopation on the modl
5) and all other applications

а мне кажется что значок # должен стоять на против виз как и значок *
т.е. его как бы и не учитываю

You've now 4th on "a list" but it's a different list. It's possible that there are now fewer people with a higher priority than you due to the fact that non-csl state sponsored applicants now get bumped to 5th on the list.

восновном то неCSLщики подавались на спонсорство, т.ч. возможно первые 3 категории отпроцессят быстрее и дело таки пойдет дальше по списку...
