Подскажите, кто подавался на спонсорство от Victoria. 2 вопроса есть.

1. При подаче application for sponsorship какие требования к английскому ? Дословно с сайта Immigrate to Work and Live in Melbourne and Regional Victoria, Australia - Live in Victoria -
" For both the Skilled - Sponsored and the Skilled - Regional Sponsored visa sponsorship you must meet the English language requirement of:

competent English, or
vocational English if your nominated skill is a trade. "

Что есть competent ? Применительно к IELTS - overall band score 6.0 у них и есть competent, если мне память не изменяет. Я прав ?

Речь про англ. идет именно про sponsorship Victoria, не про DIAC. Просто сдан один IELTS, но там не хватило по writing 0.5 балла (5.5). А хотелось бы на спонсорство подать уже сейчас, пока ждемс результатов второй сдачи IELTS.

2. Про деньги ничего конкретно тоже не сказано. Просят ли они показать наличие определенной суммы или нет ? По-моему уже обсуждалась эта тема и не раз, но время идет, все меняется. У них написано дословно следующее

"How much money do I need to migrate to Victoria? For skilled migration, the amount of money you will need to bring with you to migrate to Victoria will depend on your individual circumstances and the type of visa you apply for. We strongly encourage you to research the cost of living in Victoria to ensure that you have adequate funds to support your settlement. Find out about the cost of living in Victoria.
For business migration, the amount of net assets required depends on the visa subclass you are applying for. See Visa Options for a list of all business visas available for state sponsorship and financial requirements for each visa."

ну если просят 6 по ИЕЛТС то наверно нужно 6

правда надо выяснить это overall или по каждой из секций...
на счет денег насколько помню требований каких-то особых нет просто требуется указать сумму которую вы можете привезти и все... парень помнится в ветке про спонсорство виктории писал, что он указал 75 тысяч, ему спонсорство дали, но думаю (даже уверен) что это наверняка не являлось основным критерием. В общем, успехов!

Товарищи, а как вы считаете, судя по checklist'у приведенному ниже... нужен ли IELTS при подаче на sponsorship ?

Documentation/information Requirements

Passport
You will need to provide your name, date of birth, country of birth and nationality as they appear on your passport.

DIAC file reference number (if applicable)
You will have this number if you have already lodged your visa application with DIAC.

DIAC points mark (if applicable)
You will have a points mark if you have already lodged your visa application with DIAC.

Offer of employment (if applicable)
Evidence of your offer will need to be provided on company letterhead and should include the employer's:

Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN)
contact details.

Note: You must also include your letter of acceptance if you are applying for nomination of the Skilled - Sponsored (886) visa.

Occupation
You will need to state the Australian Standard Classification of Occupations (ASCO) code, which is listed against occupations on the Skilled - Sponsored (176 and 886) Eligibility Lists. Your occupation should also match the occupation you nominate on your DIAC visa application.
Having an occupation on the Skilled - Sponsored (176 and 886) Eligibility Lists does not guarantee State sponsorship. Your employability is the most important assessment criteria.
For health and most trade occupations, a skill assessment from the relevant assessing authority is used to assess an applicant's employability. For occupations in other industries, such as information and communications technology or science, advice from industry representatives about the strength of an applicants' employability is used. So it is important to ensure that your resume provides detailed information about your skills in relation to your occupation and specialisation(s).

Details of other state or territory sponsorships (if applicable)
You will need to supply specific details such as the stage of the application process and date of application.

Migration agent or representative details (if applicable)
You will need to provide the agent's/representative's name and contact information, as well as the Representative Agent Registration Number (RARN) and the Australian Migration Agent Registration Authority (MARA) Number, where appropriate.

DIAC skill(s) assessment (if applicable)
For each completed skill assessment you will need to provide the:

name of the assessing body
date of assessment
occupation you were assessed in.

Study in Australia (if appropriate)
Any study that you may have completed onshore within Australia or offshore through an Australian education institution via correspondence will need to be detailed. This includes the:

name of the Australian study institution
location
title of the study/course
qualification received
duration of the course
date completed.

Note: All international students must complete their qualification prior to applying for State sponsorship.

Financial resources
You will need to add together all your financial resources to provide an estimate of your total accessible funds in Australian dollars.
You should include all of your assets such as cash, car(s), house(s), furniture, stocks, shares, bonds, jewellery and gold.

Living and visiting Australia details (if appropriate)
You should provide as much information as possible about the time that you, your spouse or any of your dependents have lived in and/or visited Australia. Include:

where in Australia you lived/visited
how long you were in that location
why you were in Australia.

Friends or relatives currently living in Australia (if appropriate)
If you, your spouse or any of your dependents have any relatives and/or friends currently living in Australia who you are in contact with, you will need to supply their:

name
relationship to you
location.

Planned settlement location
You will need to state where in Victoria you plan to live, including the town/suburb.

Attachments
As part of your application you will need to attach:

a detailed resume/curriculum vitae (CV) - this should be in Microsoft Word, Rich Text or a scanned file format
your offer of employment (if applicable)
your skill(s) assessment (if applicable)
your trade qualification/certificates (if applicable).
