Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice

Всем привет! Хотел бы поинтересоваться есть ли кто на форуме кто изучал данный курс или кто владеет информацией по данному вопросу!
А вопрос в следующем - какие входные требования необходимы? Я не совсем понял достаточно ли импортного диплома бакалавра (с пост советского пространства).
Дело в том что диплом (специальность маркетинг) не связан с данной специальностью.
Плюс к этому как я понял необходим опыт работы в данной сфере:

To qualify for admission to the program, you should have completed a degree or relevant diploma .
In the absence of formal qualifications, you should have training and work experience to indicate your ability to undertake the course successfully.

На днях планирую написать в Универ и спросить как обстоят дела.
Но если у кого есть информация заранее спасибо!

Registration with the MARA is mandatory in order to practice in Australia, with registration requirements including:

• Being at least 18 years of age;
• Being of “good character”;
• Holding Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship with a special category visa; and
• Holding a current Australian legal practicing certificate or a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice.

To be eligible for admission to this Graduate Certificate program, a person must fulfil the following criteria:

• hold a bachelors degree in any discipline of the University or of another university or institution which is of equivalent standard or
• in exceptional circumstances, applicants with a minimum of two years full-time demonstrated relevant and extensive experience as a migration practitioner and who can demonstrate the capacity to study successfully at a postgraduate level will be admitted to the program.

Admission to this program will be at the discretion of the Director, Legal Practice Centre.
International students should also check the residency requirements with respect to registration as an Australian migration agent. This information is available through the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.

На данном этапе речь не ет о регистрации и получение лицензии.
А что касается второй части то ответа то на сколько я понял мой диплом подходит???
