Hello, Lapserduk. Seems, their time frames differ from what they promised. 8.5 weeks passed - but no results. See what they answer:
The EOR can take between 6-8 weeks from the moment that it is reached by the senior examiner, not from the moment it is submitted to the test centre. Once the test centre recieves the TRF you will be notified. For further assistance, you will need to contact your test centre who will be able to help you.

Just for fun: I just received my Enquiry on Results I sent after sitting for IELTS at British Council.
My Writing test was re-assessed and the band-score has increased from band 5.5 to band 6.5 and the band-score awarded to Speaking test has increased from band 6.5 to band 7.0.
The overall band is 7. Exactly as after sitting at Students International.
And how are your results?
