Responsibilities:
· Bookkeeping for small businesses using MYOB, and using an internal spreadsheet method.
· Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· Investigating records to determine appropriate expenses allocations.
· Unravelling of complex loan transactions between related entities.
· Summarising information to pass to a qualified accountant for preparation of tax returns.
· Assisting in the preparation of tax returns for individuals and small businesses.

Responsibilities:
· Assessment of export related applications and documents received from GST- registered entities;
· Realization interviews with company owners for comparison of facts about company activity;
· Preparation of various tax related documents e.g. tax payment requests, tax collection letters, enquires to another Government organizations related with tax verification of entities;
· Making sure that financial statements are accurate by checking that assets and liabilities mentioned in reports really exist, analysing samples of work done and interviewing staff about their on the job activities;

Achievements:
In result of my investigations I disclosed and prevent criminal group which tried to misappropriate from federal budget approx. $ 2 million.

· Preparation of one-time, monthly and quarterly analytical reports on taxes and tax penalties accrued and paid in the context of entities, budgets, taxes;
Achievements:
One of my major achievements is that I developed and introduced an spread sheet (Excel based program) for the preparation of analytical reports on tax and tax related payments, accruals and collectibles which significantly improved the efficiency of our department as prior to that all the analyses were done manually.
