Нужна Ваша помощь! Ситуация как у многих, безрезультатный поиск работы с конца ноября.
Аплицируюсь на любую стартаповскую позицию до 35 тыс. в год: bookkeeper, data entry, customer service, вне зависимости банк это или обычная контора.
Может кто-то может подсказать, кто работает в данной сфере, есть ли место куда можно воткнуться волонтером. Сам понимаю что вопрос наивный и что в финансы волонтеров не набирают но тем, не менее, слава богу хоть финансовая ситуация позволяет пока волонтерить достаточно продолжительное время. Поэтому, чтобы у работодателя не возникало ощущения что я очередной времсенщик можно заключить контракт так эдак месяцев на 6 а то и больше, по которому я обязуюсь работать за бесплатное кофе и местный опыт работы.

Responsibilities:
- Managed credit accounts, managed credit files, performed credit repayment control;
- Was actively involved in approving bank loans, issued credit cards, identified clients’ needs;
- Provided telephone support to internal/external customers (expert decision making advice and support);
- Negotiated payment arrangements and referring accounts for recoveries in order to reduce out of order contracts and ultimately minimized bad debt and loss;
- Developed an active sales scheme via phone, sms, e-mail for regular clients;
- Controlled sales standards and attracted new customers.
Achievements:
- Implemented crediting and insurance plans up to 102 %;
- Reduced the number of overdue payments from 9.7% to 4% through continual account monitoring.

- Worked at the expanding of the bank terminal network (ATMs and EFTPOS terminals) including agreements on delivery, installation and maintenance;
- Promoted retail banking services (safe-deposit boxes, deposit accounts, unit investment trusts, money orders, travelers checks)
- Worked with foreign customers.
Achievements:
- Installed EFTPOS terminals in 2 hypermarkets, a jeweller’s chain and other wholesale and retail shops (13 outlets in total);
- Implemented card account balance plan 100%;
- Created a database of regular corporate customers using a needs based approach and high quality service.
