Ситуация в общем то довольно знакомая на этом форуме. В ожидании переезда начал рассылать потенциальным работодателям свои резюме и CV. В cover letter пишу обычно следующее:

Результатом таких посылов является либо молчание (роботов не считаю), либо сообщения примерно такого содержания (~ каждое десятое резюме):
Не привык я, чтоб со мной работодатели так обходились...
С одной стороны понятно. Искать работу в Москве и в чужой стране не одно и тоже, но тем не менее со Штатами получается лучше: из двух резюме, которые я выслал, по одному уже есть предложение, а по другому третье по счету интервью. И это при том, что американскому работодателю надо для меня оформлять рабочую визу.
Может есть какая-то австралийская особенность, про которую я не знаю? Если и дальше так пойдет, то может стоит уехать в штаты и поработать там пару лет, тогда американский опыт будет ~ австралийский опыт. С другой стороны не хочется метаться из страны в страну, поскольку надо думать уже и о пенсии.
