    Administration Officer – NSW Finance Team

    Key areas of responsibility

    Prepare and set up new customer accounts
    Maintain stationary ordering and other staff amenity functions.
    Receptionist duties for unit 2 as well as Unit 1 Reception relief as required.
    Assisting with the processing of Privileges claims.
    Analysis of mobile phone spend to each department /branch manager.
    Manage staff purchases
    Assist with tasks associated with the Company Vehicle Fleet administration.
    The successful candidate will have:

    · Previous experience in an administrative role
    · Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Pronto
    · High level of organisational skills, including
    o attention to detail
    o accuracy
    o ability to meet deadlines
    · Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks


    2 x Customer Service Officer – NSW Equipment Service

    Key areas of responsibility

    taking inbound calls from customers re service, repair or warranty matters
    logging and scheduling service technicians field calls. Liaison with third party service providers
    Processing sales orders, transfer of stock items, invoicing and returns.
    Customer service – outbound calls advising customers of progress of service or warranty
    Administration of spare parts, warranties
    Stock take – monthly.
    Liaison with vendors re warranty
    The suitable candidate will demonstrate:

    Excellent customer service skills, communication and telephone manner
    Proficiency in Word and Excel and knowledge of Pronto
    ‘can do’ problem solving attitude.
    Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
