    Position: Helpdesk Analyst

    Reporting to: Manager IT/IS

    Job scope:
    We seek to appoint a self-starter to the role of IT Helpdesk Analyst, to provide technical and application support to ensure adequate computing services are available to over 500 users across our 5 sites within Australia and New Zealand. The key focus of this position is to provide helpdesk support.
    Reporting to the Manager IT/IS, you will require the following skillset:

    Tertiary qualification in computing (ideal but not essential)
    1-2 yrs experience in IT
    Understanding of communication concepts including email and voicemail.
    Required systems knowledge:
    -MS Office Suite (inc. Outlook)
    -Windows XP
    -Active Directory
    -Understanding of networking concepts, including familiarity with both
    hardware and protocols (TCP/IP)
    Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills along with analytical problem solving ability
