Определение профессии - нужна помощь

Добрый день ситуация следующая - универ заканчиваю через год. Специальность - бакалавр информационных систем (1-с, delphi, c++, oracle, sql). Стажа работы пока нет, но пока заканчиваю учебу собираюсь 1-1,5 работать по специальности. После получения диплома и имея такой (вовремя-учебный опыт ) можно ли подтвердиться в IEA на Engineer – Building and Engineering Professionals (nec) 2129-79 (если я правильно понял по этой специальности можно подтвердиться с таким дипломом как у меня, в ASC - стажа не хватает). Либо необходимо нарабатывать год стажа обязательно после получения диплома. И еще перерыл можество ссылок но они то не открываются то недоступны - входит ли эта специальность в MODL или какойто там еще список критически важных специальностей?; и если не пройду по независимой, есть ли на эту специальность спонсорство штата (если да то какого).

И чтоже получается - если не удается набрать 120 баллов на независимую; получается что я не могу расчитывать даже на временную региональную визу (на 3 года кажись), если такой специальности нет в спонсорстве???

Действительно, странно - у меня все открывается.

По поводу вашего топика. Доучивайтесь и получайте диплом. Ищите работу программиста/сисадмина. Но за эти специальности в IEA МОДЛа не дают.
Ели найдете работу инженера по электронике (или хотя бы программиста embedded систем), например, то проработав год, сможете подтвердится как Electronics Engineer, а он есть и в МОДЛ, и в CSL. Лучше иметь 1 год опыта после получения диплома, так как в ASPC иногда не засчитывают додипломный опыт (или в каком то урезанном виде). Для IEA, все равно, нужно сдать английским минимум на все 6, так что пока набираете опыт к английскому успеете подготовиться.

Навскидку вспоминается фирма по работе с обработкой металла (на компах пишется специальная программа MasterCam - по ней затем станок вырезает из металла детали) или работа на станках по выжиганию по металлу. Программирование на таких компах таких программ можно отнести к Electronics Engineer??

Так ясненько - будем искать (можно попытаться на чтото подобное в телефонной компании устроиться). А вот еще вопрос - имея такой диплом как в первом посте и год опыта работы с описанной выше обработкой металла (ну это в идеале) или скажем программируя 1-с можно ли подаваться на еще какую нибудь инженерную специальность (желательно из MODL а то баллов не хватит)??? Просто есть очень неплохое место устроиться прогаммированием металлообработки (которую описывал) - вот и интересно можно ли этот опыт применить с пользой для дела. nekokit, Вам отдельная благодарность за оперативные ответы

Задал этот вопрос через форму. Конкретно указал, мол, как засчитывается стаж, полученный, во время учебы. Сказал, что буклет читал, и ситуация двоякая. В итоге, получил то же самое:

* recent work experience or eligible for a waiver of this requirement by

You cannot claim points for partner skills if your spouse/interdependent
partner is an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident.

You should be aware that if you apply for a General Skilled Migration visa
that can be granted whilst you are in Australia (an 'onshore' General
Skilled Migration visa) and you are claiming an exemption from the recent
work experience requirement on the basis of being a recent Australian
graduate, you will only be able to include your spouse in your visa
application in limited circumstances. They must be in Australia at the
time you apply and also be the holder of an eligible visa.

EVIDENCE OF WORK EXPERIENCE:

To demonstrate that you have been employed in a skilled occupation for the
required period you will need to attach to your application certified
copies of your work references for any positions held during the relevant
period.

Your work experience references must:
* be written on the official letterhead of the company or government
department providing the reference
* the letterhead should indicate clearly the full address of the company
and any telephone, fax numbers, email and website addresses
* the name and position of the person authorised to sign the employment
reference should be typed or stamped below that person's signature
* the direct contact number of the person writing the reference should be
included in the letter
* the letter should indicate the exact period of employment, including
whether permanent or temporary, full or part-time, position(s) held, the
main five duties undertaken, and the salary earned - positions should not
be described by generic titles (eg research officer, public servant) but
according to the nature of the duties undertaken (eg research chemist,
accounts clerk)
* a payslip from your current employment should also be included - this
is especially important for applicants working in government departments.


For some applicants (such as self-employed or contract workers), other
documents which may assist you in evidencing your work experience claims
could include, but are not limited to:
* contracts
* pay slips
* tax returns
* group certificates.


WORK EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIA WHILST HOLDING A BRIDGING VISA:

If you are using work experience obtained in Australia to meet a General
Skilled Migration work experience requirement, that work must have been
undertaken while you were the holder of a visa authorising you to work.
This means that you may count periods of work undertaken whilst holding
a Bridging Visa A or B as long as your Bridging Visa authorised you to
work.


SKILLED WORK EXPERIENCE IN AN OCCUPATION OTHER THAN THE NOMINATED
OCCUPATION:

Work experience requirements for General Skilled Migration specify that
you must be able to demonstrate skilled work experience.

To meet the General Skilled Migration threshold requirements and be
awarded 5 points, you may count any periods of skilled work experience,
regardless of whether or not it was in your nominated skilled occupation.


However if on the General Skilled Migration points test you are claiming:

* 10 points for specific work experience;
* 10 points for Australian work experience; or
* 15 or 20 points for work experience in an occupation on the Migration
Occupations in Demand List (MODL);

По поводу опыта решил для себя, что лучше кроме работы вовремя учебы, еще и отработать год после диплома. Чтобы уж наверняка, да и английский подучу.

Кроме написания программ для станка, еще присматриваюсь к местам работы по сбору, ремонту и обслуживанию компов и орг техники. Может ли такой опыт быть зачтен либо как электронщику, либо как Engineer – Building and Engineering Professionals?????

Насчет электронщика незнаю, а вот к инжинерам сомневаюсь, там же надо будет показать, что ваша работа требовала решений инженера, 3 эпизода. Как может проявиться инженер в сборке, ремонте, обслуживании компов (если под ремонтом не подразумевается чтото экстремальное)?
