Consumer Guide
All registered migration agents are required to provide the OMARA's consumer guide upon agreeing to work, it provides detail on what to expect from a migration agent
Your agent must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), which ensures that only suitable persons are registered to provide immigration assistance.
SOL
The Skilled occupations list applies to independent points based skilled migration visas and includes the following visas
- ENS Subclass 186 visa
- RSMS Subclass 187 visa
- Skilled Independent Subclass 189 visa
- Temporary Skills shortage Subclass 482 visa
- Skilled Regional provisional Subclass 489 visa
- Skilled Work Regional provisional Subclass 491 visa
- Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional provisional Subclass 494 visa
The list contains the currently eligible occupations including; ANZSCO coding; caveats which exclude the use of occupations in certain circumstances; whether the occupation is included in the short-term (STSOL), Medium/ Long-term (MLTSSL), Regional (ROL) or Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) List; and the relevant assessing authority.
