1.Large tree grows just near your house, producing troubles for you. Write a
letter to local authority explaining this problem, discuss the ways of its
resolution and make enquiries about financial aspect.
-------------------------------
Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm writting to you in a hope to get an assistance in solving my problem with a large tree growing opposite my windows.
As the tree is very tall and its folliage is very dense it totally obscures my room. I severely suffer from permanent darkness in my dwelling. Constant lack
of the sun causes terrible headache and leads me to a depression. Apart from this, branches of the tree are so long that they reach glasses of my window and I hear embarrasing knocking at the times of strong winds and this makes me crazy. And in order to complete this dismal picture, there are wires of electrical supply in dangerous proximity of lower branches and I'm afraid one day the wires will be torn by a suden thud and the whole building will be set on fire.
I beg of you either to take appropriate steps to cut off the tree by yourself or to recommend me a service, which is authorised and competent enough for doing such a work.
I also wonder from which funds is this kind of work normally financed. I believe such expenses are allocated in the budget of our district but even if it is not true, I'm ready to finance this work by myself.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Sincerely yours,
VVK
