2. Во многих странах студентов выгоняют из школ за плохое поведение и не разрешают им вернуться. Обсудите обе точки зрения на эту тему и дайте свое мнение.

Tuition is very important nowadays when the world experiences the boom of knowledge based economy. Hovewer, whereas the most of the people understand how important the sdudying is, there are some people who bahave bad, do not attend lectures as expected, neglect passing exams on time and breaks the school discipline in any other ways. In many countries such people are expelled without possibility to return. Is it good or bad?
On one hand, such a strict punishment seems to be quite reasonable, espessialy when we talk about education financed by state. Why should moneys of taxpayers be spent on hooligans? Why should we treat law-beakers mildly? It is simply unfair to law-obeying people. Besides, as it is said, one bad sheep can spoil the whole herd if not separated timely.
On the other hand, expelling can produce a social tense and have a bad effect on society in a perspective. If expelled students are not able to return or to continue their education in another place, they probably will not get a qualification enough to get a job. Consequently, if they do not find a proper job they will probably come to some crime such as peddling drugs or commiting robberies and thefts. If so, the results of severe punishment will be too lamentable. The cure will be worse than disease.
In conclusion, I would like to express my own point of view on the issue. I'm personally inclined to acept expelling as a possible solution in espesially difficult cases. But this kind of penalty should be used very carefully when all other means were tested and did not work.
