Home sharing considerations - Available are 2 rooms next to each other. These 2 rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. The rooms are $150 each, including all expenses. This is board, you dont pay extra rent if other rooms are empty. This includes internet, phone, power, water, pool guy, and household items excluding food.
Lifestyle & interests of householders - We have 2 family units living here. Family one is mom and 2 kids. Family two is couple with baby on the way.
Important personal qualities - Must be trustworthy and of good character. Ideally looking to share with another family unit (of 2 or 3) people. This may also suit you if your working in ryde/north ryde or closer, or going to Macquarie university.
Description of pets - We have a lovely cat named Kafka. Have had many cats before and he is by far my favourite, you will love him too. Also have a large gold fish pond outside.
