Ясно, спасибо за ответы. В общем все ближе и ближе. Вы, кажется, первый у кого из нашего "потока" появился запрос на медицину. У Вас, смотрю, это заняло ровно год. Посмотрим, как у нас будет...1. В CSL.

Foreign IT workers flooding Aus workforce: immigration analyst
An immigration analyst has called for the Government to stop fast-tracking Australian visa applications for IT workers, reports The Australian.
Bob Kinnaird, immigration and 457 visa analyst, said Information Technology should no longer be listed on the Critical Skills List (CSL), which the Government introduced to create a more targeted Australian skilled migration program.
If an occupation is listed on the CSL, then all Australian visa applicants with that occupation have priority processing over all other self-nominated applications.
Mr Kinnaird says there are too many unemployed Australians in the IT industry to validate having IT on the CSL.
"IT should be removed from the critical skills list and employers forced to take on displaced Australian IT workers and fresh IT graduates," Mr Kinnaird said.
"The employer-sponsored permanent residency visas should be made subject to a labour market test, and employers should have to prove there are no Australian IT workers available to do the work at market rates of pay," he added.Если ты слаб, не будь еще и глупым, чтобы не пытаться стать сильнымComment

Пусть говорит, что хочет. Тогда мало останется тех кто в CSL, их запроцессят - а потом возьмутся за остальных.
Какая разница....
Я думаю, что сейчас кризис касается всех специальностей. Ну может кроме медиков(они то всегда нужны). А строители-инженеры - это все производство и сейчас нелучшее время. Ну и не надо - поедим позже...когда и работы больше будет.grant 02/02/2010Comment

Мне вот что интересно - этот ЦСЛ влияет лишь на распределение офицеров, или на весь процесс? Мне почему-то кажется что не будут они при каждом изменении ЦСЛа перекидывать офицеров, которые уже взяли дела в соответствии с предыдущим ЦСЛ на новых людей. Скорее согласно ЦСЛ офицеров дали людям, которые в нем, а далее офицеры себе спокойно уже с ними работают.Comment

Например у меня есть что то типа "Запись в файле говорит о том, что Вы уже получили ответ на свой вопрос"
