будьте внимательны при выборе юни, некоторые популярные аушные юни, принимающие тысячи оверсиз студентов, не имеют международных акредитаций. Если вы захотите в дальнейшем эвалюировать свое аушное образование для работы скажем в Штатах, то ничего у вас не получится, это образование просто не признают в штатах, придется опять идти учиться. Вот такой подвох.

I decided to answer to your questions in English as I can see that you have studied it, if this is not convenient I can do it in Russian.

So here we go
1. You are asking if there are minimum requirements to be accepted
Usually, there are minimum English requirements, which is IELTS 6.0 for bachelor and depending on the ranking of the university and chosen program there can be GMAT requirements, but not for all
As to the fact that you have already studied Economy and considering choosing different course eg IT, you can certainly be accepted to it. Just to remind, once you finish your 1st year you can be accepted to your first year of bachelors degree in Australia
2. Your qualifications obtained in UK, of course be good enough for Australian employers, but might not be good enough for immigration and work permit purposes. It is better to study in Australia as you can be eligible for PSWP in this case
3. Of course there are scholarships available but it all depends on university and course chosen, but not usually big. However full scholarships also might be available.

You can certainly study bachelors degree in Australia, once you finish it you will obtain Post Study Work Permit for 2 years, which means you can work in Australia for 2 years, which makes it much easier to find a job, and once you can apply for a Permanent Residence

раз уж тут говорят об университетах, то таки и я спрошу.
Взяли на дабл дегри по software engineering(honours) and commerce(Econ+Finance) в ANU
сейчас на 3 курсе в сша на примерно тех же. В США вуз в топе но внизу сотни (у британцев, у китайцев наоборот). Что лучше, если не особо определился, где хочу жить/работать?
И как вообще понять, что страна - "твоя"?

ищите триппл дегри, дабл дегри уже не в моде. неплохо бы еще медицину или какую-нибудь физику ядерную параллельно освоить.

А если по теме, то ANU - самый лучший ВУЗ Австралии. Точка.
