    Если это про тебя: old CSL - yes, new SOL - no, ASPC - yes, spons - no

    Решила создать отдельную тему для тех, кто оказался в такой же ситуации как и мы:

    CSL - пользоваться его приоритетом осталось чуть больше месяца
    new SOL - не попадаем ни под каким предлогом (ни схожих специальностей, ни других кодов)
    sponsorship - нет (и я так понимаю, кто ещё не подался на state s.- у того и возможности пока нет)

    переподаться по другой специальности или податься spouse - без шансов.

    Мне кажется, что в ближайшее время будет принято (или уже принято) какое-то общее решение по всем таким заявителям
    (практически независимо от стадии процесса - имхо).

    Так что предлагаю держаться вместе и делиться новостями... мыслями/идеями!!!

    Да, и желаю всем нам получить Визы до 1 июля! ... 2010года!!! (подумала, что год уточнить будет актуально ))))

      не знаю... как по мне - это могло бы быть дополнительным плюсиком... пусть и маленьким...
      кстати, те, у кого оно уже есть, по идее должны всё ещё пользоваться своим приоритетом...

      Ahnissi, а что касается лично Вашей ситуации - мы за ней наблюдаем, переживаем за Вас и хотим сказать: Держитесь! У Вас всё обязательно получится!!! (а про себя думаем: да, уж... и вот такое бывает... а казалось бы pre-grant - и всё, Виза в кармане!!!.. а тут... )

        Я за вашей ситуацией тоже слежу и надеюсь очень, что для вас всё завершится благополучно!
        Вы хотя бы знаете, что ваше дело действительно на проверках...

          Уверен, что будет отдельный порядок для старого CSL вне зависимости от попадания в новый SOL. Также уверен, что будет отдельный порядок для нового SOL, иначе новые аппликешн после 1 июля попадут в конец бэклога. Вот мнение из PomsInOz, с которым я полностью согласен:

          As a pre 8 Feb CSL applicant whose occupation isn't on the new SOL, all I want to know is - do the priority processing arrangements still apply i.e. do we still get a visa within 12 months of application?

          Yes or no?

          I'm hoping (obviously) that the answer is yes, and given that the there is no mention of the priority processing queue changing, I'm assuming that they will continue to process existing CSL applications as Cat 4 - with all new SOL applications also being Cat 4 behind employer sponsored, SMP and State sponsored SOL/CSL. There are only a finite number of CSL applications after all as its been in existence for 8 months.
          Есть еще мнение, что существующие спонсорства шатов будут давать приоритет сразу после State Migration Plan, и это не попытка успокоить Ahnissi, которой, имхо, вообще не следует переживать Routine processing - это не ASIO. И на gday, и на poms, и на britishexpats людям давали стандартные отписки про routine processing for 2-4 months, а через неделю-две давали визы. Это и меня утешает, по ходу.

            помсов редко читаю и только то что пишут агенты...

                    DIAC TRANSFORMATION AND THE GENERAL SKILLED MIGRATION PROGRAM

                    The Department of Immigration and Citizenship is undergoing a wide-ranging transformation program to position itself as a high performing immigration and citizenship organisation, equipped to compete in global markets and attract the best migrants and key skills required for Australia. The transformation process will enable the department to deliver globally consistent services to our clients.

                    The General Skilled Migration (GSM) program is an active participant in the transformation process and is currently implementing planned changes to enable a consistent management of both the Adelaide and Brisbane GSM sites. To align with other business areas, a restructure of the two GSM sites into a total case management model, is being implemented. This will provide improved client service delivery through the provision of a direct email channel between clients and their case officers. The effective date for the restructure in Adelaide is Monday 3 May 2010. Further information and correct contact channels will be provided shortly.

                    The GSM program is now aligned to Mr Greg Kelly, Global Manager, Skilled and Family Visas. Both the Adelaide and Brisbane GSM sites are now managed by the Acting Director - Program Delivery, GSM, Ms Elizabeth Kerrish. Mr David Edwards has recently accepted the position of Territory Director, in the department's Darwin Office.

                    Within the 2009-10 GSM program, the department continues to give priority processing to applicants who have an occupation on the Critical Skills List including those sponsored by state and territory governments. In line with these priority processing arrangements, the department is actively processing applications on hand and will provide information to applicants as their application progresses.

                    The processing areas are focusing on the integrity of the GSM caseload as well as applications that may be more complex in nature. The focus on integrity is an important measure to ensure visa program outcomes are delivered as intended by the Migration Act 1958 and in accordance with government policy. Furthermore, the reallocation of resources to complex applications provides the department an opportunity to potentially reduce processing timeframes for affected applicants. This temporary shift in focus may reduce the number of applications finalised in the near future and may have an impact on current processing timeframes. You may notice less applications being finalised in the very quick processing timeframes you have become accustomed to seeing, in particular where Decision Ready Checklists are utilised.

                    The department remains committed to client service standards and the delivery of service excellence to our clients.

                          Ага, отлегло немного. Значит, действительно проверяют что-то, такая им указка сверху пришла.

                          Особенно впечатлило дело британской медсестры с job offer и спонсорством штата, которой сказали ждать 3-4 месяца после финализации медицины, а потом дали визу через 2 недели.
                          Ещё один случай с job offer и спонсорством, когда ждали 1.5 месяца после финализации с routine processing...

                          Такое впечатление, что чем больше пойнтов клеймишь (в данном случае, надо понимать, джоб офферы), тем больше проверок. У меня вроде кроме нынешнего места работы проверять особо нечего, а я столько доков по ней приложила: и выписки с пенсионного, и справки по налогам за 4 года. Надо было ещё скан малазийской рабочей визы послать им до кучи, там моя должность и название работодателя.
