Давайте уж будем реалистичными, сколько в Австралии специалистов с Qlikview опытом? Совсем не много.
С другой стороны, ничего супер сложного там нет. Найти просто толкового спеца по Reporting и натаскать по Qlikview по ходу дела будет гораздо проще. Мы так и сделали в свое время.

Если о технологии говорить, Qlikview конечно вещь и достаточно дешево в эксплуатации и разработке, но со своими проблемами из-за архитектуры big box / no scale out. Мы на нем собаку съели, но бизнес на него подседает конкретно.

Не думаю, что в Хилзы трудно заманить. Там огромный текнолоджи парк рядом, куча профешинал работает. Много компаний там хедофисы сделали, думаю, что многие не прочь там поработать. Все чистенькое, новое - красивое .
