In Skill Select Round - 29th March results, ICT Business and System Analysts has gone up to 70 points for invitation and its full for rest of the year so no more invitations will be issued.

1482 places has been filled for Migration program 2016-17 so no more invitations left for remaining 3 months in this financial year.

Software and Applications Programmers is almost filled as well with only 14 more space left for rest of the year so it will be joining Computer Network Professionals, Other Engineering Professionals,
ICT Business and Systems Analysts.

Below occupations are expected to be full for the rest of the year due to handful of seats left for this migration programme year.
Accountants - Only 8 seats
Auditors, Company Secretaries and Corporate Treasurers - Only 38 Seats
Electronics Engineers - Only 63 seats
Industrial, Mechanical and Production Engineers - Only 38 seats

In this round of selection, only 25 applicants has been invited for Skilled - Regional Provisional (subclass 489) against 1517 applicants for Skilled - Independent (subclass 189).

So in next invitation round update on 12th April, all the below occupations will reach their annual ceiling level for 2016-17 so no more invitations can be expected for Sub class 189 under this occupations.

Ну хватит панику наводить. Тот факт, что квоты выбрали за 3 месяца до конца финансового года говорит лишь о том, что DIBP не рассчитал invitation schedule properly. Количество мест от этого не меняется в среднем, если считать все профессии.

То что с 2018 будут выдаваться новые визы, вместо 457 это факт ...

Там не только про 457-ю, но и вообще про весь SOL.
Пока я нигде не нашёл информации, что именно будет "condensed".

У меня тоже когда-то была 457-я, но сейчас её отмена/трансформация меня не затрагивает. А вот сокращение списка SOL/CSOL - может затронуть родственника, который сейчас тоже на пути.

Такая же фигня только на прошлой недели отправил доки на оформление визы, и теперь не понятен список профессий ... но я думаю пока что списки будут старыми ?
