Мне показалось написано слишком сложно для восприятия (может быть искусственно сложно). Например, в Introduction: "it to be true" и в этом же предложении "that is to be blamed".
Возможно, для Academic это приветствуется, но не в General (не знаю какой экзамен у Вас). На многих форумах такой стиль часто встречается у индусов, но 7-ки они не получают за это.
1) Introduction - здесь требуется только paraphrasing + общий ответ на вопрос (Ваше мнение). "it is also school that is to be blamed" - это должно быть в body paragraph
2) Страдает Coherence.
Стандартная структура body paragraph: Topic sentence, Explain topic sentence (Supporting detailed ideas), Example, Result (опционально)
У Вас:
Body paragraph 1 - Topic sentence очень распространенный и по сути повторяет мысль из задания. То есть нет Вашей идеи. Потом идет акцент на example, но нет Explain topic sentence. Так и непонятно, почему возникают эти проблемы, если родители работают дольше
Body paragraph 2 - та же проблема + в конце вы мешаете его с идеей из первого.
3) Где то возникает ощущение, что фразы используются, чтобы налить воды, что не приветствуется в IELTS (в этом огромное отличие от сочинений на русском). Например, "In addition to this, just as significant is the fact"
Первая часть - нет вопросов, это Cohesion. Вторая часть явно лишняя
4) Заключение - больше походит на новую мысль, что не приветствуется. Под заключение больше бы подошло последнее предложение из Body paragraph 2.

Nowadays, there is a number of families where children are growing with the countless number of toys purchased by parents or relatives. This situation is a mixed-blessing for our younger ones.

On the one hand, having a large number of toys to pay with can be beneficial for children and their caregivers. With the considerable mount of toys children always can choose from, they have a numerous number of chances to express their creativity combining different toys. While playing with bucks, dolls and fur animal toys, children are able to construct imaginary townships with streets, zoos, shops, cars and living creatures from the mix of their toys.

In addition, when it comes to the educational toys which are in the top priority purchase lists of thoughtful parents and grandparents, children may enjoy experience wth different educational settings in the entertaining form. Gaining a useful experience and life skills was never that easy as now, when caregivers are able to nurture young ones with huge variety of useful toys at home setting.

Unfortunately, there are also some drawbacks of countless toys children have at their homes nowadays. First and foremost, they may face with the lack of concentration. Instead of enjoying some game fir prolonged period of time, kids could just jump from one toy to another with the high frequency. As a result being of being overwhelmed with the variety of toys, they just not able to concentrate and learn as much as it supposed to from any toys.

Secondly, children could be spoiled with excessive number of toys and do not value a new addition to their collection of toys. Moreover, this depreciate the role of toy as reward for good behavior or academical efforts.

To sum up, there are numerous advantages and disadvantages of large number of toys to play with, so parents and caregivers should carefully think about the situation.
