Sorry, я в иммиграционных вопросах совершенно не разбираюсь, а в регионалках не разбираюсь вдвойне

Just a clue: с моей точки зрения о владении английскимм языком на уровне необходимым для нормальной профессиональной работы и общения на работе можно говорить лишь начиная с 6.5 - 7. Так что Канада Канадой ...

These days more and more boys and girls are using computers on a daily basis. It is claimed that it could have a more destructive than salutary impact on youngsters. I have mixed feelings about that, because in my personal experience, it is frequently so indeed, however, it is not always the case....

Очень двойственное чувство (здесь должен быть смайлик, почесывающий 'репу' ). С одной стороны, словарный запас очень хороший, и Вы достаточно умело им управляете. Структура эссе выдержана, и Вы четко и полно (насколько это возможно в данном формате) ответили на вопрос. Также чувствуется, что Вы писали без 'заготовок', т.е. отсутсвуют явные зазубренные клише 'на все случаи жизни'. И еще один очень важный 'плюс' - Ваши предложения не 'билизнецы-братья', т.е. они достаточно разнообразны как по стуктуре, так и по длине

С другой стороны, есть явные промахи.
1. Совершенно непонятно как и почему Вы разделили параграфы 3 и 4.
2. Также, некот. предложения явно 'over the top', for example:
, With regard to arguments in favour of using various software and the Internet, there are a number of them - (я его должна была 2 раза прочитать, чтобы понять что имеется ввиду под 'them '.
3. Некот. слова слишком informal для данного эссе, e.g. 'figure out'
4. Достаточно много ошибок с выбором форм: to empower somebody with something; the cause of or cause + object; Another compelling reason for daily using -> for using the Internet daily/regularly/on a daily basis; etc
5. Ну и 'обычные' ошибки: workers were connected to the Internet or used e-mail - кстати, вообще не понимаю почему в этом предложении Вы используете прошедшее время. Present Simple seems by far more appropriate.
6. No expressions of modality and you haven't really demonstrated the use of different grammatical structures and tenses.

In short, I'm in two minds about the possible score for your essay. I'd say 6.5 or 7 though I'd be more inclined to go for 7. (IMHO of course!)

Humanity developed during the last20 centuries. In the 20-th century after the invention of the steam power, mankind started to evolve by leaps and bounds and this trend still continues at present in the Age of Information Technologies. The issue related about the comfartibility of the contemporary technology is a source of vivid debates. However all the pros and cons must be assesed.

Historically speaking, humanity through the ages invented many creations for easing daily tasks performed by human beings. Many inventions were accepted, many were declined. It is necessary to highlight that modern technology almost replaced hardworks which are done by men.

As a matter of course society involved due to technology advancement. For instance, when mankind entered Industrial Age, ordinary factory workers worked less and had more time for leisure therefore modern factories are automated thus all the works are done by machines which are operated by specialists and sometimes by computer softwares. Death cases are reduced.

One of the brightest modern technologies is the Internet. This technology developed communication, it has become easy to search information on the global network, it even created oppurtunity to trade digitally. Modern technology affected modes of transportations, contemporary society can get into other part of the planet in a few hours. Due to the modern technology medicine can cure almost all diseases, surgery operations are done and have saved many people's life, in past it was impossible to do aforesaid.

Modern technology has a lot of benefits and it has eased life but people are becoming lazier another disadvantage is that humanity will pay a big price to the nature for exausting natural resources.

Вы забыли написать задание, т.е. что Вы должны сделать: обсудить, высказать свое мнение, приводить ли личные примеры или 'общие'. Короче, невозможно проверить без знания задания.

я тут давно, но по большей части в режиме Read-Only.

Эта ветка очень интересная, но порой тут пинают за AmE, вместо BrE... Мол это не есть гуд при сдаче IELTS.
